Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Yingshigc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return, exchange, and refund procedures to ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- All original tags and labels attached
- In its original packaging
- Free of any stains, damage, or signs of wear
Important: Items returned after the 14-day window, or items that do not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted for refund. In such cases, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the item back to you.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- All sample sale items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Any items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason for your return
- We will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and next steps within 48 business hours
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping service
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service such as DHL Tracked. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Please retain your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been processed.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
We operate a made-to-order production model to minimize waste and ensure quality. Therefore:
- Orders can be cancelled within 7 calendar days of purchase
- After 7 days, your item will have entered production and cannot be cancelled
