This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in Hong Kong, in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.
